Login and Registration Guide

1. Go to the registration or login page

• If you need to register, look for a button or link saying “Register” or “Sign Up”.
• If you need to log in, look for “Login” or “Sign In”. This is the form where you will need to enter your username or email address and your password.

2. Fill out the registration form

• Username: Choose a unique username. Sometimes, you will be asked to choose a name that hasn’t already been taken by someone else. If the name is already used, try modifying it slightly (add numbers, letters, or symbols).
• Email address: Enter a valid email. This email will be used for account verification and important communications.
• Password: Choose a strong password. A good password should be long (at least 8 characters), contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using simple words like your name or birth date. Example of strong password: G4r3t$7!zP2 Never use the same password for multiple accounts and try not to use easily guessable passwords (like “123456” or “password”).
• Confirm password: Some forms will ask you to type your password again to ensure there are no errors.

3. Verify your email

• After completing registration, check your inbox (the incoming mail of your email account) for a verification email sent by the service.
• Verify that the email didn’t end up in “Spam” or “Junk Mail”: Sometimes, verification emails are wrongly classified as spam.
• Click on the link you find in the email to verify your email address. This confirms that the email you entered is valid and that you are the person registering.

4. Log in with your credentials

• Go to the login page.
• Enter your username or email address.
• Type the password you chose during registration.

5. Common issues

• If you don’t receive the verification email, check your Spam folder.
• If the password doesn’t work, check for typos, wrong uppercase or lowercase letters.
• If you forgot the password, look for a link like “Forgot password?” to recover it. Generally, you will be asked to enter the email you registered with and they will send you a link to reset the password.

6. When to contact support

• If you tried everything and still can’t receive the verification email or can’t access, don’t worry! Contact the customer support of the service. Usually, there is a “Support” or “Contact us” section where you can send a request.

• Always use strong passwords to protect your account!
• If you don’t receive the verification email, try checking the Spam folder.
